For the past five years, I have been working with clients of all fitness levels — from complete beginners to those returning after injury, pregnancy, or a long break. My coaching style combines education and empathy. I don’t believe in restrictive diets or extreme workouts — instead, I’ll teach you proper form, practical nutrition, and healthy habits that fit into real life. The goal? For you to feel confident, capable, and proud of what your body can do.

Each session is designed to be positive, motivating, and tailored to your needs. I’ll challenge you to make steady progress while ensuring you always feel comfortable and supported along the way.
